Advocate enrolled with Telangana State Bar Council in the year 2020, and a qualified Insolvency Professional registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) since May 2022. As an Advocate, he is presently practicing in NCLT, Hyderabad & High Court of Telangana since December, 2020. Had successfully completed a CIRP assignment U/s 9 of IBC, 2016 by the Hon’ble NCLT, Hyderabad, resulting in liquidation and dissolution of the Corporate Debtor, in terms of the adjudication by the Hon’ble Tribunal. Presently, he has on hand Seven RP assignments U/s 95 of IBC, 2016 in respect of Personal Guarantors to Corporate Debtors. He is also presently handling a large ticket CIRP assignment (wherein the total claims are over Rs 4,000 Crore) on behalf of M/s Bright Star Resolution Professionals LLP.

Is a career banker having put in over 33 years of experience in the Banking Industry, in Senior Positions in India and abroad mainly in the areas of Branch Management, Corporate Banking, Credit Management, Inspection & Audit etc. Joined State Bank of India as a Probationary Officer in 1983 and came up in the ladder to become Asst. General Manager by the year 2001, before he opted out for voluntary retirement from State Bank of India in March 2005, to join as Asst. Vice President, Credit with Union National Bank, Abu Dhabi, UAE in April 2005. Continued in Union National Bank till his superannuation in January 2017 as Vice President, handling large size credit portfolio in the Credit Approval and Credit Administration Divisions of the said Bank.

Post retirement from the banking industry, he completed 3 year LLB Course (during 2017-2020) in 1st Class, and 2 year LLM in Corporate & Securities Laws (during 2020-22) in 1st Class with Distinction from Osmania University, Hyderabad.

Holds the additional qualifications of CAIIB (from Indian Institute of Bankers) and Advanced Diploma in Credit from Scotland Institute of Bankers.
